Eligibility

Access to WiseAppFlow services requires that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Use of the services must comply with applicable local laws and any specific restrictions we publish.

If you are under the age required by local law to enter into a contract, you must not use WiseAppFlow services unless supervised by an authorized adult acting on your behalf.

You agree to use WiseAppFlow only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict the use of the service by any third party.

Certain WiseAppFlow offerings may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing or purchasing services.

Account Responsibilities

Creating an account with WiseAppFlow enables access to personalized courses, community features, and program materials. Accurate and current account information is required to maintain active access.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or payment details to avoid disruption of services.

Protect your account credentials. Do not share passwords or permit unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account unless you notify us immediately of suspected misuse.

Accounts are non-transferable. Any transfer of membership or account credentials without prior written authorization from WiseAppFlow is prohibited.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] and call +66915664120 so we can take appropriate protective actions.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, security threats, or other legitimate business reasons. You will be notified where possible.

Services and Use

WiseAppFlow provides spiritual growth systems tailored to founders, including structured practices, group and individual coaching sessions, and digital educational materials. Services are advisory and educational in nature and are delivered through WiseAppFlow.vip and designated digital channels.

We may update or modify services, features, or content. Changes will be communicated to users through the platform or via registered contact methods where changes materially affect service delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but may experience outages for maintenance, upgrades, or due to unforeseen technical issues. Critical updates and scheduled maintenance will be posted with advance notice where feasible.

Acceptable Use Rules

To protect the integrity of our community and services, the following standards apply to all users interacting with WiseAppFlow content and programs:

• Respectful and professional conduct in group sessions and community forums.
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or staff.
• No unauthorized sharing of copyrighted materials or confidential program content.
• No use of the platform to solicit clients or promote unrelated commercial services without permission.
• No fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misrepresentation of credentials.
• Compliance with applicable health and safety guidance when engaging in practices suggested by the platform.
• Prompt reporting of security concerns or code of conduct violations to WiseAppFlow support.

User Content

Users may be able to post comments, reflections, or other materials within community spaces. Such contributions are subject to content standards and licensing terms described below.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By posting content to WiseAppFlow, you represent that you have the rights necessary to grant the license described herein.

By submitting content, you grant WiseAppFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content within the services for the purposes of providing and promoting the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that violates third-party rights, contains personal data of others without consent, or is unlawful.

WiseAppFlow reserves the right to remove or restrict access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to terminate accounts associated with repeated violations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the WiseAppFlow platform, branding, course materials, and proprietary tools belong to WiseAppFlow or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce WiseAppFlow course materials without written permission.
• Do not use WiseAppFlow activity, logos, or brand assets without authorization.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer proprietary tools or systems provided by WiseAppFlow.

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Certain WiseAppFlow features are offered as paid services, including premium courses, workshops, private coaching, and subscription-based program access.

Pricing for paid services is displayed on WiseAppFlow.vip and in the checkout workflow. Prices are stated in the applicable currency and may include taxes where required by law.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a paid service you authorize these providers to charge the payment method you provide and agree to their terms.

Subscription services automatically renew until cancelled. Cancellation options and renewal timing are provided in your account management settings and the subscription confirmation.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with published refund policies. We evaluate refund requests transparently and consider factors such as service use, timing, and the nature of the request.

You may cancel paid subscriptions via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified at purchase.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases in their jurisdiction. WiseAppFlow may collect taxes at the point of sale where required.

We may adjust pricing for services; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of meaningful price changes and provided options consistent with contractual terms.

Failure to timely pay for paid services may result in suspension or termination of access until outstanding balances are resolved.

Disclaimer

Content provided by WiseAppFlow is for educational and professional development purposes. Materials, workshops, and coaching are designed to support reflection, leadership presence, and well-being for founders, but results vary and depend on individual engagement and context.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseAppFlow's liability for claims arising from use of the service is limited. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

Third-Party Services

WiseAppFlow may integrate with or recommend third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party practices, availability, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or if required for compliance. You may terminate your account via account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, access to paid content and community features will cease. Some account data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our privacy policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using WiseAppFlow, you consent to such practices as described in the policy available at WiseAppFlow.vip/privacy.

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications, including transactional emails. Promotional communications require separate consent and include unsubscribe options.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Minor changes take effect upon posting. Material changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice where feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing Law
